Terms & Conditions

Full terms and conditions will be shared with you prior to your first appointment. In summary they include:

Pricing

• Whilst we publish a pricing structure, all prices will be confirmed during your introductory consultation. Prices are personalised to your dog and based on your specific requirements as well as factors such as coat condition, grooming frequency, dog size and temperament.
• There may be extra fees for matted or overgrown coats and for dogs with behavioural issues.

Deposits

• New customers a required to provide a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments. The remainder of your payment will be taken on the day of your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice to transfer your deposit.

Safety & Comfort

• All new customers are required to attend a short introductory consultation prior to their first appointment. This ensures that we are fully aware of any health or behavioural concerns and can provide the best possible care for your dog.
• We require all dogs to have up to date vaccinations.

Cancellations

• Kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge. 
• You can cancel appointments via telephone or email.

Unattended Appointments

• Missing an appointment without any notice will result in a full charge as we could have booked in another dog.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in being turned away and may incur a full charge.
• If your dog needs to be sent home due to fleas or any other illness not discussed with us in advance, it will be considered a missed appointment.

Collection 

• Upon dropping off your dog, you will be given a pick-up time. It's important to collect your dog promptly.
• We will only release dogs to the original person who dropped them off, unless previously agreed.
